Essential Qualification:
The candidate must have a degree in Fitter/ Turner/ Machinist and Electrician trade from a Government Industrial Training Institute under the Directorate General of Training, Ministry of Skill Development and Training, Government of India, with 80.00 % or above marks, along with a one-year apprenticeship certificate. The candidate should have a good academic record with 60.0 % or above marks in Secondary and Higher Secondary education.
Proficient in spoken and written communication in regional languages and Hindi.
Good people skills.
Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
