Essential Qualification:

For Direct Recruitment:-Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized University / Institution

For Deputation:-

• Officers of the Central Govt. / State Govt./ UT/ Autonomous Organization / PSUs holding analogous post (Level 13) on regular basis with relevant experience in dealing with Building projects OR

• Officers of the Central Government of Level 12 with 15 years of experience in building project and maintenance works in Govt. Organization/Autonomous body/Statutory Body/University/ Institution / reputed private firms out of which at least 10 years of experience at Supervisory Level (Level-10 or equivalent)

Essential Work Experience for Direct Recruitment:- Twenty years of experience in building project and maintenance work in Government Organization/ Autonomous Body/Statutory Body/University /Institution out of which at least fifteen years at supervisory level (level-10 or equivalent)

Post Name: Deputy Director (Finance and Accounts)

Essential Qualification:

For Direct Recruitment:- Master’s Degree in Commerce/Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance)/ Chartered Accountant/ Company Secretary/ Cost and Works Accountant

For Deputation:-

• Officers of the Central Govt. / State Govt. / UT/ Autonomous Organization / PSUs holding analogous post on regular basis OR

• with at least five years of regular service in Level-10 with relevant experience in dealing with finance and accounts matters.

Essential Work Experience for Direct Recruitment:- At least ten years experience in finance, accounts, budgeting matters out of which seven years experience in a supervisory level (level-10 or equivalent)

Post Name: Assistant Executive Engineer

Essential Qualification:

For Direct Recruitment:- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized University / Institute

For Deputation:- Officers of the Central Govt. / State Govt. / UT/ Autonomous Organization / PSUs holding analogous post on regular basis in their service / department OR with at least three years of regular service in level 7 with relevant experience in dealing with building project and maintenance work having qualification of Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized University / Institute.

Essential Work Experience for Direct Recruitment:-Seven years of experience in building project and maintenance work in Government Organization/Autonomous Body / Statutory Body/University/ Institute out of which at least five years’ experience at supervisory level (Level-7)
