General Manager (Projects)

Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology with a specialization in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical from a recognized College / University

Essential Work Experience:

• Should have at least 20 years’ post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt. / Public Sector Undertaking / Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE)
• Should have experience in managing large scale infrastructure development projects for Government companies / PSUs / CPSEs/Ports; Managing of Project Management Consultancy for Design &/or Construction and Operations & Maintenance of various types infrastructure projects conforming to the Central Govt. Rules and Regulations.

General Manager (Finance)

Essential Qualification: Graduation Degree and having membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India OR Graduation Degree and having MBA / PGDM (with specialization in Finance) from a recognized College / University.

Essential Work Experience:

• Should have at least 20 years post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt. / Public Sector Undertaking / Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE)
• Should have experience in maintaining Office Accounts; Financial Management for Government companies / PSUs / CPSEs; scrutiny and passing of bills payable to various types of vendors / suppliers / contractors as well as to employees conforming to the extant Central Govt. Accounting and Establishment Rules.
• Should have knowledge and hand-on experience in Financial Management for investment companies, Financial Due Diligence for equity investments, computation and analysis of returns on investments, managing contract documents for investments
• Should have knowledge and be well versed with matters pertaining to direct & indirect taxes, Cash Reconciliation and other related matters as well as experience in dealing with Auditors and finalization of company accounts
