Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Research Associate
Essential Qualification: Ph.D. in Physics or in relevant disciplines.
Desirable: The candidate should possess experience in TCAD-based device and process simulation software and etching of different metals and semiconductors using ICP-RIE system. Experience in fabrication of FET devices will be of added advantage.
Post Name: Project Assistant
Essential Qualification: M.Sc in Physics with two years of research experience.
Desirable: Strong knowledge on different characterization and measurement technologies e.g. X-ray techniques, transport properties etc. Programming in python language will be of added advantage.
