Essential Qualification :

(1) Three years Diploma Course in Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition.

(2) Degree with one year Certificate in Industrial/Institutional Food Service Management.

(3) Certificate of Graduation equivalency issued by the Armed Forces and Trade Proficiency Certificate in catering/canteen related works from the Armed Forces.

Essential Work Experience : Minimum of seven years post qualification experience as Supervisor in canteen/ catering/ banquet management in

(i) Hotels with 3 star rating and above

(ii) Public / Private Sector Company

(iii) Government / Semi-Government establishment

(iv) Commercial organization

(v) Para Military Forces

(vi) Police Forces.

(vii) Minimum of 15 years experience in service.
