Kalakshetra Foundation invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Principal

Essential Qualification:

1. Post Graduate Degree of a recognized University/Post diploma from Kalakshetra Foundation.

2. At least 20-25 years of teaching experience

3. Administrative experience in a supervisory capacity in a College as Principal/Professor. (Persons who have retired as Principal of a College may also apply)

4. Knowledge of English and one or more of the South Indian languages viz., Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil & Telugu.

Desirable:

1. Possessing Ph.d degree in any of the performing arts, preferably Bharatanatyam or Carnatic Music

2. Experience as Principal in a Govt. College/Institution is preferred.

3. Teaching experience in Fine Arts is desirable

4. Proficiency or good knowledge of dance Theory & practice or Carnatic Music. Knowledge of Hindi
