BCG Vaccine Laboratory Chennai invites applications for the following posts via Deputation:

Post Name: Stenographer Grade-I

Essential Qualification:

Officers holding the post of Stenographer under the Central Government:

(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department OR

(ii) With ten years regular service in the level-4 (25500-81100/-) or equivalent.

Post Name: Technical Supervisor

Essential Qualification:

(i) Bachelors degree in Microbiology or Bio-Technology or Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry:

(ii) Officers of the Central Government:

(a) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent; or cadre or Department, or

(b) with five years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level - 4 (25500-81100/-) or equivalent cadre or Department.

Essential Work Experience: One year experience in manufacturing or testing of biological or pharmaceuticals Preferably in Compliance Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) environment

Post Name: Technician

Essential Qualification:

(i) 12th pass standard from a recognised board with diploma in Refrigeration and Air – Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a recognised Institute or University.

(ii) Officers of the Central Government

(a) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department, or

(b) with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level – 2, in the pay matrix (19900 - 63200) in the parent cadre or Department.

Essential Work Experience: Three years experience of the Industry manufacturing of pharmaceuticals / vaccines
