Essential Qualification:

  1. For consultant in AD/ JTO level. Retired AD/ JTO or holding analogous post from Government/PSU/Research Organizations.

  2. Preference will be given to applicants from DOT/ BSNL /MTNL background. BSNL /MTNL VRS 2019 retirees are not eligible at present.
