Post Name: Under Secretary

Essential Qualification: Graduation from a recognized University

Essential Work Experience: Five years experience in the field of Administration or Finance or in dealing with Right to Information matters.

Post Name: Hindi Translator

Essential Qualification: Masters Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level.

Essential Work Experience: Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or With six years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Pay Band -1, 5200-20200 plus Grade Pay of 2800 (Level-5 in the Pay Matrix as per VII CPC) - or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.
