Post Name: Principal Private Secretary

Essential Qualification: 

• Officers under Central/State Governments /Union Territories -

(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the Parent Cadre/Department, OR

(ii) With six years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis having Level-8 (47,600-1,51,100) of Pay Matrix or equivalent in the Parent Cadre or Department; and

• Possessing a speed of hundred words per minute in stenography (Hindi/English);

Essential Work Experience: Five years experience of Stenography in English/Hindi.

Post Name: Assistant Section Officer

Essential Qualification: 

• Officers under Central/State Governments /Union Territories -

(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the Parent Cadre/Department, Or

(ii) With three years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis having Level-6 (35,400-1,12,400) of Pay Matrix or equivalent in the Parent Cadre or Department; Or

(iii) With six years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis having Level-5 (29,200-92,300) of Pay Matrix or equivalent in the Parent Cadre or Department; Or

(iv) With ten years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis having Level-4 (25,500-81,100) of Pay Matrix or equivalent in the Parent Cadre or Department.

• Possessing Bachelors degree from a recognized University or Institute or equivalent.
