West Bengal Public Service Commission invites applications for West Bengal Judicial Service Examination 2022

Exam name : West Bengal Judicial Service Examination 2022 

Educational Qualification :

(i) A citizen of India or such a person of other nationality as declared eligible by Government of India;

(ii) A degree in Law from any University or Institution affiliated to any University recognized by the State Government or the Central Government;

(iii) Enrolment as an advocate in the roll of Bar Council of any State or Union Territory in India on the date of advertisement for the examination;

(iv) Ability to read, write and speak in Bengali (not required for those candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali) – vide Finance Departments Notification No.1243-F(P) dated 02.03.2016.

Recruitment Details

West Bengal Public Service Commission invites application for various posts. Total 29 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number 19/2022. The minimum age limit is 21 and maximum age limit is 35 as on date. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Other Backward Classes and Person With Benchmark Disability will be as per the government rules. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, PWBD Quota and Unreserved . The examination will be conducted through Offline mode at Regional level. After compilation of all the procedures, the candidates will be posted at West Bengal, India, 713427.
