Essential Qualification:

1. The upper age limit is 28 years for candidates with B.Tech /B.E degree and 32 years for candidates with M. Tech./M.E. degree in Engineering/Technology, to be calculated as on the last date of application.

2. Candidates having M. Tech./M.E. degree in an Engineering/ Technology, with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 or 60% of marks.

3. Candidates with B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engineering or other branches relevant to the project topic with a minimum CGPA of 7.5 or 70% of marks and a valid GATE score.
