National Institute of Technology Manipur invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following posts:

Post Name: Project Associate / Junior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification: M.Tech/M.Sc or equivalent PG degree (1st Class) in a professional discipline: Water Resources/ Hydraulic Engg/Hydrology/ Soil & Water Conservation Engg with relevant B.Tech/B.E degree (1st Class)

Desirable:

Candidates with working knowledge in the above job requirements; hands-on skills in HEC-RAS 1D/2D, MIKE-21C, hydraulic models, working knowledge in remote sensing & GIS (ArcGIS, ERDAS Imagine, ENVI, QGIS), etc

Selected through a process described through any one of the following:

(a) Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests: GATE, CSIRUGC, NET, SLET , etc

(b) The selection process through National Level Examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, ISRO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc.
