Institute of Secretariat Training and Management invites applications for the following posts via Deputation

Post Name: Deputy Director (Economics and Planning)

Essential Qualification: Officers of the Central Government, or State Governments or Union Territories or Universities or recognised research Institutions or Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Organisations or Statutory or Semi-Government Organisation-

1. Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

2. With five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the pay band-3, 15,600-39,100 plus grade pay 5400 [Level 10 (56100-177500)] or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; or

3. With six years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the pay band-2, 9300-34500 plus grade pay 4500 [Level-5 (47600-151100) in the pay Matrix] or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and

4. Bachelor degree with economics as a subject from a recognized University.

5. Five years experience in the field of economics policy including planning and financial management.

Desirable:

1. Masters Degree in Economics or Masters Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from recognised university or Institute.

2. One year teaching experience in Economics Policy or Financial Management or One-year experience in imparting or Organisation Training in Economic Policy, Planning or Financial Management.

Essential Qualification: Officers under Central Government:

1. Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or.

2. With two years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the Pay band-2, 9300-34800 plus grade pay 4600 or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; and

3. Bachelors Degree from a recognised University;

4. Three years experience in the area of Secretariat Procedure, practices and precedents, Establishment, administrative and financial rules and regulations

Desirable: 

1. Masters Degree from a recognised University.

2. Experience in Teaching or organizing training programme.
