Essential Qualification: 

• Retired officials from Central Government/State Government/PSU/Autonomous Bodies having considerable experience of functioning of Central Government Ministries/Departments.

• Good working knowledge of Computers.

Essential Work Experience:

• The applicant must be retired government employee from Level-11 of 7th CPC pay matrix. Minimum 5 years experience in Pay level-11 at the time of retirement.

• The consultant should have practical knowledge and experience of handling administrative and establishment matters.

• The applicants must have relevant experience in General Administration and Finance matters, and must be familiar with general rules and regulations governing Central Government Employees.

• The consultant should have and experience of handling a section/group independently.
