West Bengal Health Recruitment Board invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Essential Qualification :

(1) MBBS degree included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956) [All years including supplementary marksheets to be attached]

(2) Post Graduate qualification MD/MS/DNB (for disciplines under the Broad Specialities group) in the concerned discipline [All years including supplementary marksheets to be attached]

(3) Post-Doctoral qualification DM/MCh/DNB Equated to DM/MCh-(for disciplines under the Super Specialities Group) in terms of Schedule-1 in the concerned subject [All years including supplementary marksheets to be attached]

Essential Work Experience :

(A) One year as Senior Resident in the concerned Subject in a recognized/ Permitted Medical College. N.B- The existing Tutors/Demonstrators/Registrars appointed on permanent basis will be considered as SENIOR RESIDENTS. B) In case of DNB candidate equated to MD/MS in terms of Scheduled I in the Minimum Qualifications for Teachers in Medical Institutions Regulations, 1998 as amended by the Minimum Qualifications for Teachers in Medical Institutions (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 in addition to 3 years teaching experience in subject as existing Resident/ Registrar/ Demonstrator/ Tutor or work experience gained during DNB training, one year as Senior Resident in concerned subject in a recognized/ permitted medical college.
