National School of Drama invites online application from eligible candidates for admission in Diploma programme. The important details of the admission process are listed below -

Course name: Three Year Diploma Course in Dramatics

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University in India or abroad.

  • Working knowledge of Hindi / English.

  • Recommendation letter from at least one Theatre Expert.

Essential Work Experience: Participation in at least 6 different theatre productions, please attach document of proof of the theatre experience i.e certificate of participation, brochure, leaflet, newspaper clips etc.

Admission Details

National School of Drama invites applications from eligible candidates for admission in various programmes. The method of admission will be Course Admission. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories and Other Backward Classes will be as per the government rules. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections and PWBD Quota. The examination will be conducted through Offline mode at All India level. After compilation of all the procedures, the candidates will be posted at New Delhi, Delhi, India, 110011.
