Essential Qualification:
- The applicant should have retired from the post of US/DS level Officers from Central Government Ministries /Departments.
- The applicant should have fair knowledge of computer application such as MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint etc.
- The applicant should have substantive experience in cadre restructuring framing/ amendment of R/Rules and other administrative matters.
- The applicant should be through with office procedures, rules and regulations.
