Directorate General BSF invites applications for the following posts via Deputation/Re-Employment/Absorption:

Post Name: Deputy Inspector General (Water Wing)

Essential Qualification:

Officers Of Central Para Military Forces Or The Central Government Or The State Government Or Public Sector Undertaking Having Twenty Years Of Group-"A" Service and

a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis; or

(ii) Commandants in Level-13 in the pay matrix ( 118500-214100/-) with two years regular service in the grade; and

b)(i) Minimum three years; experience in Motor Transport or Water Wing or Special Repair Organization or Central School of Motor Transport; or

(ii) Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering or Marine Engineering.

II. For Ex-Servicemen

Deputation/Re-employment:- The Armed Forces personnel due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having the requisite experience and qualifications prescribed shall also be considered. Such persons would be given deputation terms up to the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces; thereafter they may be continued on re-employment.
