University of Hyderabad invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment :

Post Name : Guest Faculty

Essential Qualification :

(1) Masters Degree in Sculpture from a recognized University.

(2) Proven record of participation in major national/international level exhibitions.

(3) Proof of Drawings, Paintings, Murals; and works done in media such as Video/Installation art/Sonic Art/ Ceramic/ Fabric/Textile/Paper Making etc.

(4) Interested candidate has to submit a statement of research-based art practice and teaching methodology.

(5) MFA/MVA in Art History and Visual Studies with at least 55%. Proven record of research and teaching experience

(6) Participation in academic seminars/symposia/conferences/cur atorial initiatives

(7) Ability to teach the subject of art history and visual studies in ways relevant to students enrolled in theory and practical disciplines

(8) Interested candidate has to submit the reading materials and course outline for the Courses mentioned.

Desirable : One year of teaching experience at the post-graduate level
