Post Name: Consultant cum Special Rapporteur

Essential Qualification:

  1. Retired Central/State Govt. officer of the level not below Deputy Secretary/Director/Joint Director in Govt. of India who has knowledge and practical experience in matters relating to gender human rights, policy framing, Administrative functioning of Govt or a domain expert, shall be eligible for appointment. OR

  2. Private Candidates having B.E/B.Tech/MA/MSc./M.Phil/MBA/MBBS degree having vast experience in their respective field for 8 years and for candidates having Ph.D degree having vast experience in their respective field for 5 years.
