Post Name: Research Officer

Essential Qualification:

• Have completed a masters degree in psychology with at least 1 year of experience in research/field action projects

• Have completed a research thesis/dissertation as part of the masters degree

• Have relevant experience in qualitative data collection, data management, data coding, data analysis, and writing

Essential Work Experience: Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience with::

• Schools/child and adolescent mental health

• On site data collection and field work

• Qualitative data coding, analysis and writing

• Possess good writing and communication skills in English, and Hindi is preferred

• Have proficiency in the use of computers for the purpose of documentation, data analysis and use of virtual platforms
