Department of Public Enterprises invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Team Leader
Essential Qualification: Masters degree or possessing any Professional Degree of minimum 4 years duration.
Essential Work Experience: Minimum 3-8 years of experience. The incumbent would be a senior professional from impact/ development sector with a track record of leading projects involving implementation, policy, advocacy, stakeholder engagement and a deep knowledge of CSR landscape. The incumbent will drive overall TSU, coordinate and liaison with senior officials from DPE, Ministries, CPSEs, and implementing agencies. He/she will lead innovations, partnerships and critical problem-solving assignments with support from the team.
Desirable: Persons with M.Phil. M.S. Ph.D., additional qualifications, research experience and post qualification experience in relevant field would be preferred
Post Name: Young Professional
Essential Qualification: Masters degree or possessing any Professional Degree of minimum 4 years duration.
Essential Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience. The incumbent should have experience and expertise in social impact/CSR and/or thematic areas such as Health & Nutrition, Education, Livelihoods, Gender etc. The incumbent will facilitate operations, undertake landscaping exercises, deliver, coordinate and document best practices and engage with government, social sector, CPSEs and think tanks.
Desirable: Persons with M.Phil. M.S. Ph.D., additional qualifications, research experience and post qualification experience in relevant field would be preferred.
