• Second Class MA/ MSc in Economics/ Health Administration/Public Health/ Statistics/Public Policy

• Familiarity with quantitative techniques and ability to work with large datasets

• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders

• Willingness to travel within Meghalaya

• High familiarity with local language(s) of Meghalaya
