Post Name: Library and Information Assistant

Essential Qualification: Officer under the Central Government/State Government/Union Territories of Public Sector Undertaking or autonomous or statutory organisations or universities or recognised research institutions :

1. Holding analogous post on regular basis

2. With six years regular service in posts in level 5 in the pay matrix or equivalent or and

3. Bachelors Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognised University or Institute;

4. Two years professional experience in Library under the Central or the State Government autonomous or statutory organisation or Public Sector Undertaking or university or recognized research or education institution;

Desirable: Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized university or institute.
