Post Name: Technician

Essential Qualification: SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and ITI Certificate or national/state trade certificate of Electrician.

Essential Work Experience:

  • 3 years of work experience in Chemical Plant (NSQF) in a Ministry / Department / Organization / Public Sector Undertaking / Autonomous Body under Government of India / State / UT.

  • 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized Institute in Electronics & Instrumentation.

  • 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized Institution in computer hardware and network maintenance.

  • 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized Institute in Machinist.

Post Name: Technical Assistant

Essential Qualification:

  • Diploma in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering or Technology of at least 3 years full time duration or 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma course, with minimum 60% marks.

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Technology of at least 3 years full time duration or 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma course, with minimum 60% marks.

  • Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronic Engg. or Technology of at least 3 years full time duration or 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma course with minimum 60% marks.

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering of at least 3 years full time duration or least 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in diploma course with minimum 60% marks.

  • Diploma in Ceramic Engineering or Technology of at least 3 years full time duration or 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma course with minimum 60% marks.

  • Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering/ Computer Science & Technology / Information Technology / Communication & Computer Networking / Computer Software Technology or equivalent of at least 3 years full time duration or at least 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in diploma course with minimum 60% marks.

  • Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Technology of at least 3 years full time duration or 2 years of full time duration in case of lateral admission in diploma course with minimum 60% marks.

  • B.Sc or equivalent in Chemistry, with minimum 60% marks.

  • B.Sc. or equivalent with minimum 60% marks and B.Lib. Science.

  • B.Sc in Physics, Chemistry & Math (PCM) combination with minimum 60% marks.

  • Diploma in Electronics & Communication or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering of at least 3 years full time duration or 2 years of full time duration in case of lateral admission in diploma course with minimum 60% marks.

Essential Work Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in the relevant field/area.

  • 1 year experience in Chemical analysis/operation of various analytical instruments.

  • one year experience in the discipline/area of Computer Application from a recognized Institute/Organization.

Recruitment Details

CSIR Central Glass And Ceramic Research Institute invites application for various posts. Total 70 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification.
