Post Name: Health Manager

Essential Qualification:

• Graduate from any recognized university

• Employed/ affiliated with an organization in Indias public health or health systems domain

• Domain knowledge of public health with micro and macro understanding, well versed with Health sector schemes, data sources I{MIS/ ICDS/ HWC/ NFHS, etc

• Has a good understanding of government systems, processes, and protocols

• Possess managerial qualities to ensure monitoring of intervention-involved manpower

Essential Work Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience of working with District/State or Central Administration, or at least 2 years of work experience in any public health/health systems, preferably with state/central government or reputed organizations Preference will be given to candidates with expenence managlng communicable diseases like Covidl9

• Passionate about working with thecommunity in the rural part of India Preference may be given to candidates with work experience in Jharkhand
