Essential Qualification: CA/ICWA, Masters in Commerce/ Economics/ Finance/ Business Administration/ related areas
Essential Work Experience:
3 years to 10 years with minimum 2 years of experience in one or more areas such as Early-Stage Financing (other than grants/ awards) for Startups/ SMEs, handling equity investments for Venture Funds, family offices, Angels; Investment Banking, company valuation; addressing SEBI compliances for registered Alternate Investment Funds, financial due diligence, and other relevant areas of raising/ managing Finance and Accounts in Startup ecosystem.
Understanding of Biotech sector shall be an added strength.
Desirable:
Bachelor degree or above in Life sciences and related areas.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
