Essential Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering

Essential Work Experience: Should have 20 years experience in construction and maintenance work of buildings, structures, quarters, execution of works and having hands on experience in e-tendering process and coordinate with the authorities for execution of the Civil/ Maintenance works and maintenance of buildings/ structures.

Eligibility: An officer retired from Govt./ State Bodies/ Autonomous bodies/ PSU etc. in the CDA pay scale from level 13 to level 14 (7th CPC pay -matrix) or from E-6 to E8 level in IDA pay-scale at the time of retirement.
