Department of Fisheries invites applications for the following posts via Deputation:

Post Name: Fisheries Development Commissioner

Essential Qualification: 

(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department OR

(ii) with five years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in level 12 (78800-209200) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; and

(b) (i) Masters Degree in Zoology with specialisation in fisheries or Masters Degree in Fisheries or Marine Biology from a recognised University or Diploma from the Central Institute of Fisheries Education, Bombay;

(ii) Ten years experience in the field of fisheries development, marine or inland or both.
