Application Summary
Indian Institute Of Carpet Technology invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment :
Post Name : Director
Essential Qualification : PhD Degree with First Class or Equivalent in BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Textile Technology/Carpet technology. At least two successful Ph.D. guided as supervisor/ Co Supervisor and minimum 8 research publications in SCI journals/ UGC/ AICTE approved list of journals.
Essential Work Experience : Minimum 15 years of experience in teaching/ research/ industry, out of which at least 03 years shall be at the post of equivalent to that of Professor in a reputed Engineering or Technology Institute or University.
Desirable :
(1) Post Ph.D. Publication in Carpet/ Textiles.
(2) A person having experience in the relevant field of teaching as well as in industry.
(3) Administrative experience in a responsible position.
