Post Name: Assistant Manager (Property Development)


Essential Qualification: MBA (Marketing/ Sales/ Finance or equivalent or Post Graduation in Economics/ Commerce (Full Time).


Essential Work Experience:

  1. Minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field as mentioned in the notification.
  2. Experience in working with public sector organizations and government agencies is desirable
  3. Familiarity with statistical analysis software is essential
  4. Experience in preparation of frameworks for enhancing NFBR
  5. Should have fair idea of real estate scenario of Bengaluru
  6. Should be aware of BBMP Advt. Rules/Regulations, KTPP Act and other relevant Policies of GOK
  7. Should have excellent marketing skills
  8. Should be able to manage multiple assignments with little supervision
  9. Should be well informed with Microsoft Office and other related software’s
  10. Should have ability to self-manage and meet deadlines
  11. Should be able to present information in a clear and concise manner (Reports/ Presentations), with good written and spoken English skills
  12. Proficiency in Kannada is desirable
  13. Should have excellent negotiation skills and motivation skills
  14. Should have market research experience
  15. Should have proven ability to work independently and as a part of the team
  16. Should have good presentation, excellent oral and written communication skills
  17. Should have prospecting skills, good planning, good market knowledge and should have professional approach
