Post Name : Research Assistant (Architect Specialisation)

Essential Qualification :

(1) Bachelor of Architecture

(2) Drafting / Proficiency in 3D visualization & Rendering. Preferred software

(i) Adobe InDesign

(ii) Adobe Photoshop

(iii) Sketch up

(iv) Autodesk Revit

Post Name : Research Associate (Urban Design/ Planner Specialisation)

Essential Qualification :

(1) Masters of Urban Design or equivalent.

(2) Masters in Urban Planning /Urban and Regional Planning /Masters in city Planning.

(3) Masters in Transport planning /Transport planning and Logistic management /Transportation and Infrastructure Planning.

(4) Proficiency in multiple streams from following –

(i) GIS, documentation land use mapping ,Land market analysis Socio economic data collection and analysis, traffic surveys and analysis, Land pooling tools and TDR,DCRs w.r.t. density and land use, affordable housing , product mix analysis, Real estate and land market ,project financing.

(5) Proficiency in multiple streams from following –

(i) Public realm conceptualization and design, urban design for alternative analysis, design guideline for open space, building from, massing plans and urban design concepts
