Rajasthan Public Service Commission invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:


Post Name: Senior Teacher


Essential Qualification:

(i) Shastri or an equivalent traditional Sanskrit examination with Sanskrit medium, and Shiksha Shastri/ Degree or Diploma in Education recognized by National Council for Teacher Education.

(ii) Graduate or equivalent examination with the concerned subject as Optional Subject, and Degree or Diploma in Education recognized by National Council for Teacher Education.

(iii) Graduate or equivalent examination with at least two of the following subjects as Optional Subjects:- Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Micro Biology, Bio Technology, and Bio Chemistry and Degree or Diploma in Education recognized by National Council for Teacher Education.

(iv) Graduate or equivalent examination with at least two of the following subjects as Optional Subjects:– History, Geography, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Public Administration and Philosophy, and Degree or Diploma in education recognized by National Council for Teacher Education.

(v) Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari Script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.

Recruitment Details

Rajasthan Public Service Commission invites application for various posts. Total 538 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. The minimum age limit is 18 and maximum age limit is 40 as on date. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Other Backward Classes, Women, Ex-Servicemen, Economically Weaker Sections, Government Servant/Departmental Candidate and Person With Benchmark Disability will be as per the government rules. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: Unreserved, Economically Weaker Sections, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Women and Divorced Women . The examination will be conducted through Offline mode at Regional level. After compilation of all the procedures, the candidates will be posted at Rajasthan, India, 341503.

Corrigendum Notice Released

Advertisement number 05/2022-23 for recruitment to the posts of TSP and Non-TSP area for Senior Teacher (Sanskrit Education) Department was issued by the Commission on 18.05.2022, under which the period of online application was from 23.05.2022 to 21.06.2022. was placed in the middle. Along with increasing the number of posts by the department, the classification of posts has also been sent for the subject of mathematics in TSP area, whereas in the advertisement issued earlier, the posts of mathematics subject in TSP area were not advertised. Therefore, the last date of online application of the posts is extended till 23.06.2022. For class wise classification of all the subjects of the said posts. Corrigendum No. 04/2022-23 has been issued on the Commissions website, which can be viewed by the candidates on the Commissions website https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. The link will be automatically deactivated after the said online application period. Therefore, candidates should make sure to fill their online application in due time.

Admit Card Released for Senior Teacher (Sanskrit Education Department) Post

Admit Card has been Released for the Post of Senior Teacher (Sanskrit Education Department) by RPSC on 09/02/2023.The admit cards of the said examination have been uploaded on the website of the commission and on the SSO portal. Therefore, the candidates should download the admit card as soon as possible.Any candidate will be given entry at the examination center only till 60 minutes before the commencement of the examination. After this, no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination center.
