Essential Qualification: 

• Candidate should have a masters in psychology/management/social sciences from a reputed institution.

• Able to perform statistical data analyses and familiarity with at least one of the statistical tools (e.g, SPSS, AMOS, or R Package).

• Able to conduct the surveys and monitor the data collection process.

• Able to perform rigorous literature reviews.

• Able to use a reference manager (e.g, Zotero or Mendeley) and familiarity with academic writing and reference styles (e.g, APA).

Essential Work Experience: Prior research experience is desirable.
