Post Name: Resource Person

Essential Qualification: 

  • MA in Indian language/ Linguistics/ Applied Linguistics/ Translation Studies from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks.

  • Proficiency in two or more languages (of which at least one should be a Scheduled language).

  • Demonstrable translation skill from Hindi/English/Sanskrit to at least one Scheduled language and vice-versa.

  • Knowledge of computer, typing and ICT skills is essential.

Desirable: 

  • Experience of working in a recognized organization/institution in the area/field of translation/research related work.

  • Having good verbal/written communication skills and shall be proficient in noting/drafting and official correspondence in at least one Scheduled Indian language as well as in English language.

  • Preference will be given to those who know multiple Indian languages.
