National Commission for Women invites applications for the following post via Deputation:

Post Name: Senior Research Officer

Essential Qualification: 

• Officers under the Central/States Government/ UTs, Central/State Universities, Public Sector Undertaking, Semi Government/ Statutory/ Autonomous Organisations:

(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis; OR with five years regular service in the pre-revised scale of pay of 15,600-39,100+ Grade Pay 5400/-; OR

(ii) With six years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the pre-revised scale of pay of 9300-34800+ GP 4800 in the parent cadre.

• Possessing Post Graduate degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates holding MSW/ Womens Studies from a recognized University; and Experience of at least five years in conducting/facilitating research studies/teaching.

• The preference will be given to the candidates having PhD Degree.
