Directorate of Enforcement invites applications for the following posts via Deputation :

Post Name : Additional Director of Enforcement (Prosecution)

Essential Qualification : Officers of the Central Government-

(1) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department

(2) with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Pay Band-3 of 15600-39100 and grade Pay of 7600 or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department

(3) Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent

Essential Work Experience : Twelve years experience in dealing with fiscal laws including provision of Income Tax Act, Customs Act, FEMA, FERA, or Criminal Laws.
