Post Name: Junior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification:

• After completion of two years, an external assessment by the institution where the C student is enrolled for Ph.D. is mandatory for E up-gradation from JRF to SRF. The fellow may be awarded SRF after successful assessment.

• Annual satisfactory assessment is mandatory to continue the benefit of fellowship during SRF period.

• The other terms and conditions will remain same as per Councils guidelines for JRF/SRF (PGS).

Post Name: Senior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification:

• Masters degree in relevant subject with 4 years/5 years of Bachelors Degree

• Candidates having Post Graduate degree in Basic Science with 3 years Bachelors degree and 2 years Masters degree should have NET qualifications and 2 years of research experience.

Post Name: Research Associate

Essential Qualification:

• With Doctoral degree: PhD in the relevant subjects. OR

• With Masters degree holders: Masters degree in the relevant subjects with 4/5 years of Bachelors degree having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall gradepoint average, with at least three years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowships/Associateship/Training.
