Tata Institute of Social Sciences invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Counsellor

Essential Qualification: Masters in Counselling/Psychology with at least 3 years of work experience in development sector as a counsellor/mental health care worker.

Post Name: Community Mobilizer

Essential Qualification:

• Under-graduate degree in social work, preferably with specialization in community development or mental health. Minimum 2 years of work experience in community setting.

• Candidates without a formal degree may be considered provided they have longer work experience with grass root organisations working on related issues.

Post Name: Social Worker

Essential Qualification:

• Post graduate degree in Social Work.

• Strong writing and communication skills, with knowledge of English and Hindi.

Essential Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in the development sector, preferably on the issues of urban poverty.
