Essential Qualification: M.Sc in Electronics/ Physics (with specialization in Electronics) and/or M.Tech/ MS(R)/M.E/ equivalent in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Microwave/VLSI (with valid NET and/or GATE score) with consistently good academic record and a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent CGPA in the Masters degree.
