Rail Land Development Authority invites applications for the following posts via Deputation

Post Name: Manager/Assistant Manager (Civil)

Essential Qualification: 

Manager (Civil): Working on analogous post or Group A/Group B Gazetted officer working on regular posts in Level 10/ Level 09/Level 08 (7th CPC) from Civil Engineering Cadre of Indian Railways/ Central Government/ State Govt./PSUs Degree of Central Govt. & State Govt./ PSEs/Statutory Authorities having in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 05 years of service in Group A/Group B, OR Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 10 years experience.

Assistant Manager (Civil): Working in Civil Engineering (Technical) Cadre of Indian Railways/ Central Govt./ State Govt. on regular post in GP-4600(6th CPC)/Level-7 (7th CPC) or its equivalent in PSUs having degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture with 3 years of service. Or

Working in Civil Govt./State Govt. Engineering (Technical) Cadre of Indian Railways/Central on regular post in GP-4600 (6thCPC)/Level-7(7th CPC)or its equivalent in PSUs having Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architecture or equivalent with 5 years of service. Or

Working in Civil Govt./State Govt. Engineering (Technical) Cadre of Indian Railways/Central on regular post in GP-4600(6th CPC)/Level-7(7th CPC)or its equivalent in PSUs having ITI or equivalent of at least 2 year duration in any Engineering branch with 10 years of service

Desirable: 

1. Experience of working in organization/area connected with Land Management.

2. Experience in Tendering work.

3. Knowledge of Computer.

4. Preparation of CRS approval letter.

Post Name: Manager/Assistant Manager (Traffic)

Essential Qualification: 

Manager (Traffic): Working on analogous post or Group A/Group B Gazetted officer working on regular posts in Level 10/ Level 09/Level 08 (7th CPC) from Traffic Cadre of Indian Railways or in any other Railway Organization in India having train movement, viz., DMRC, Konkan Railway. DFCCIL ete. with 5 years experience in Group A/Group B or equivalent.

Assistant Manager (Traffic): Working on analogous posts or officials working as Chief Traffic Inspector/ Sectional Traffic Inspector or Chief Controller/ Station Master on regular posts in Level 7 (7th CPC) in Indian Railways or in any other Railway Organization in India having train movement, viz.. DMRC. Konkan Railway, DFCCIL ete., with 3 years experience.

Desirable: 

1. Previous experience of preparing DCN/Work Execution Order

2. Planning and ensuring the implementation of Block.

3. Preparation of Caution Order as received by concerned agency.

4. Co-ordination with concerned department for timely commencing & Completion of Block.

5. Knowledge of Computer.

6. Preparation Temporary Working Instructions
