Competition Commission of India invites applications for the following posts via Deputation

Post Name: Additional Director General

Essential Qualification:

(1) Officers of the All India Services or Central Civil Services Group A or Autonomous Organizations or Regulatory Authorities or Universities or Academic or Research Institution etc. And

(2) (i) Working in analogous post or grade; or

(ii) 01 year experience in Grade Pay of 8700; or

(iii) 05 years service in Grade Pay 7600 or equivalent

Essential Work Experience: Having experience in Investigation/Enforcement of any Economic/Regulatory Law dealing with Regulation/Investigation.

Desirable:

(1) Bachelor degree in Law/Economics/Commerce/Business Administration with finance and accounts/CA/CS/Cost Accountant or any equivalent degree considered useful by the Selection Committee.

(2) Experience in Competition Law/Matters.
