Essential Qualification: MBA/PGDBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR /Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR/Personnel Management

Essential Work Experience: Candidate should have minimum experience of 2 years in the the field of Human Resource Management and Development, Learning and Development, Organizational Behavior, Labour Legislation / Codes, Wages and Salary Administration, Legal matters and RTI, Disciplinary Matters, HR Accounting and HR Audit, Cost Management Performance Management and Variable payments etc, Preference shall be given to candidates having experience of HR module in SAP, HR Dashboard and MS-Excel.

Post Name: Assistant Manager (Corporate Communication)

Essential Qualification: Masters Degree / Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Communication / Advertising and Communication Management / Public Relations / Mass Communication / Journalism

Essential Work Experience:

  • Candidates working in Central/ State Govt/ PSU/ autonomous organizations etc should have a total experience of at least 5 years and should be working for at least 2 years in IDA pay scale of 40,000 - 1,40,000/ CDA scale at level 7 in pay matrix of 7th CPC, Candidates working in Private Sector or other organizations with experience in Executive capacity as indicated above should have an annual CTC of at least 14 33 LPA

  • Candidate should have 5 years experience after post-Graduation in the field of Public Relations/Journalism/Advertising/Marketing Communication and the candidate should have proficiency in English writing, communication and story writing, and have a basic understanding of graphic designing.

Recruitment Details

RITES Limited invites application for various posts. Total 6 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. The minimum age limit is 18 and maximum age limit is 35 as on date. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Other Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Section, Person With Benchmark Disability, Ex-Servicemen and Jammu and Kashmir Domicile will be as per the government rules. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: Unreserved, PWBD Quota and Other Backward Classes .
