Essential Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Work for at least 3 years in RTI related area, either in Information Commissions or Government or Government owned institutions which come under the ambit of RTI.

Essential Work Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in the following areas:

• Knowledge of functions of government organizations;

• Knowledge of office procedures;

• Knowledge of rules, regulations, instructions manuals of Government of India;

• Knowledge of power and functions of Government officials;

• Knowledge of Budgeting and Budget allocation;

• Experience in handling CAG/CCA audits;

• Knowledge of E-Governance;

• Handling of RTI applications and appeals; and

• Familiarity with RTI Act, 2005

Desirable: Knowledge of rules, regulations, instructions manuals of Government of India, Knowledge of Budgeting and Budget allocation, Experience in handling CAG/CCA audits, Knowledge of E-Governance,
