Essential Qualification:
1. MBA (HR)/MCA/Equivalent or a post graduate degree/ B.Tech.

Essential Work Experience:
1. 05 years of relevant experience in Training and Placement department in an Institute/University. Handling Recruitment process in/for Industry/Corporate Sector/University/Higher Education Institution will be desirable.
2. Having wide network & industry liaisoning experience.
