Controller General of Accounts invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Consultant

Essential Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • To be considered for the consultant position applicants must have retired from CCAS Officer role (DCA/ACA /Sr AO/PAO/AAO) and be currently empaneled with O/o the CGA

Essential Work Experience:

  • Retired officer of Central Civil Accounts Service (DCA/ACA/Sr AO/AO/AAO)

  • Experience in Internal Audit of Civil Ministries (Preference will be given to those having substantial experience in Works related payments/Audits/Accounting)

  • Knowledge of Accounting Rules, Regulations and Procedures, Financial Reporting, Commercial Accounting along with payment functions in Civil Ministries

  • Knowledge of Procurements, GeM, Tender and Contract Management

  • Knowledge of Liquidation of Suspense Balances

  • Knowledge of PFMS, MS Office suits
