Professional qualifications of Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/MBA (Finance) OR
Having Passed SAS/equivalent examination of lorganized Accounts Cadre of Central/State Government OR
Having successfully completed Cash and Accounts Training organized by ISTM.
