Essential Qualification: Officers of the Government of India, State Governments, Autonomous Organisations/Statutory Bodies under Government of India/State Governments working on regular service in pay scale/Pay Band PB 4 with pay grade 8700/-, revised to matrix 13 (7th CPC) OR at least 06 years regular service in GP 76/- Pay Matrix Level 12 (7th CPC) with Finance and Accounts background preferably with desired experience of sports/sports management
