Essential Qualification :
(1) Graduate in any discipline
(2) The retired officer (Sr AO/AO/AAO) must be empanelled with O/o CGA as consultant
Essential Work Experience :
(1) Experience in Internal Audit of DDOs/Schemes/Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector Units of Civil Ministries
(2) Knowledge of Accounting Rules/Regulations Procedures, Financial Reporting and Payment Functions, Commercial Accounting & PFMS
(3) Knowledge of Procedure of Goods & Services, Executions of Works, Tenders & Contracts
(4) Knowledge of basic computer functions and MS Office
